The Dartmoor Volt ZS56/ZS66 is a high-quality, semi-integrated (zero stack) headset designed for modern e-bike frames like the Dartmoor E-Thunderbird CF. The ZS56/ZS66 SHIS standard is currently the most commonly used system in e-bikes, ensuring reliability and compatibility with 1.8" and 1.5" tapered forks.

The bowls and ultra-low-profile lid are made of aluminum, ensuring low weight and high durability . Inside, they house precision 45/45 cartridge bearings with an anti-corrosion titanium coating and high-density grease to protect against moisture and mud. The set includes two 7075 aluminum sprockets.
