The Dartmoor Blackbird 27.5 is a pure-bred enduro frame, built with the most demanding riders in mind. It combines progressive geometry, durability, and pedaling efficiency in one package, ready for anything. Based on the proven single-pivot system, the frame offers 160mm of rear travel , excellent responsiveness, and stiffness thanks to a massive 12-piece rear triangle and a 17mm axle with three Max-type bearings. This is a bike that climbs and descends equally well—ideal for all-day rides, enduro trails, and bike parks.
As of the 2021 season, the frame is compatible with modern 230x65mm shocks and 148x12mm Boost hubs. A 65° head tube angle, low bottom bracket, and room for long dropper posts make it a machine for special tasks.
