The NS Bikes Movement 3 is an excellent choice for your first serious dirt bike. Built on the same frame as the top-of-the-line Movement models, it features the classic geometry of the Decade model, a durable RST Dirt SD shock, and BMX components with Salt chromoly cranks. Perfect for jumps, pumptracks, and urban spots.
The Movement 3 combines lightness and durability with an AL6061-T6 aluminum frame with horizontal dropouts and classic geometry honed over years by NS Bikes riders. It's built for riders who are new to dirt jumping but want a rugged, performance-ready machine.
The 100mm RST Dirt SD fork cushions landings well, while the Tektro Aries rear disc brake provides confident stopping power during jump sessions. The single-speed drivetrain with a 25T/10T setup and Salt BMX cranks make the bike easy to use, while also maximizing efficiency and lightweight performance.
Movement 3 is a device that not only looks good – it is an excellent platform for learning and progress.
