The Federal Churchill ICS is the third iteration of Stevie Churchill's signature BMX frame. This model is based on the Churchill 2 design, but has been enhanced with an integrated bottom bracket/rear triangle link (ICS - Investment Cast Stays) . The new design provides more room for wide tires while increasing rear triangle stiffness .

The frame retains its original geometry , with key features including a contoured head tube (hourglass) , die-cast Federal logos on the DT gusset and seatstay , integrated dropouts with tensioners , and a die-cast seat clamp .
