The RockShox SID SL Ultimate 2P shock is the result of years of testing in the world's most demanding XC races. The Charger Race Day 2™ damper, with two compression modes – Open and Lockout – allows for quick adjustments to the fork's performance based on terrain conditions. The damper is designed for increased efficiency on climbs and maximum control on technical descents .
The DebonAir+™ air spring is tuned specifically for XC , offering smooth, responsive performance, even over the smallest bumps. Keeping the fork higher in the stroke provides better control on steep trails, resulting in more confidence when riding.
To reduce friction and ensure quiet, smooth operation, the shock absorber uses Maxima Plush Dynamic Suspension Lube . This innovative fluid reduces wear on shock absorber components and improves performance, regardless of weather conditions.
